Old electric Jenn-Air replacement

Rental with original1980 or so electric Jenn-Air range. Renter just moved and now looking at replacing tired old range. Problem is replacement over $2k and then need updated electrical circuit and replumb exhaust, plus back order long out there. Could get upward of $5k. Not wanting a remodel at this time. Range does not have cupboards or wall behind it. Anyway around the expensive route for now? Will remodel at some point not now though. Just plan on fluff and buff and rerent at this time.
