Weekly rental in Portland Oregon?
Have an up and down duplex conversion where the downstairs tenant is higher maintenance. Tenants have lived happily together for almost 30 years but new type of tenant problematic. Upstairs now vacant and dreading complaints from downstairs because of noise carryover. Renting by day or week where if lower tenant is unhappy upstairs only temporary. What are the rules now? Can a weekly avoid relocation fees?
