Contractor for garage conversion to short term rental

Hey-yo,

Just found Bigger Pockets and have been learning a lot. Stoked to be here. I'm looking to finish out the back of my garage and convert it to a short term rental / guest house for family and friends. Anybody have any good contractors they would recommend for the Portland area?
