Hi All, I'm looking for a good GC in the greater Portland (Oregon) area.  We've got a 12-unit 3 story apartment building with land use approval and plans that needs to be built.   Looking to start construction in 5 months.   Let me know if you have any good referrals, or if you are a GC and are interested in hearing more.   Best, Joel
