Street Vacation in Portland

Howdy, has anyone been through the process to completely vacate a street in Portland? I have contacted PBOT and I am following their list of demands to the letter.

I am in the preliminary stages and I am looking for some guidance and perhaps some known pitfalls that I can avoid. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
