Moving to Portland, Searching for Ideal FHA

Hi all!

I'll be moving to the Portland area this spring, starting at the chiropractic school (UWS) in the fall. The school is just south of Government Island, right off 84 and east of 205. I'm reaching out for both a BP real estate agent to give me the lay of the land and show properties, as well as to friend a local that would like to talk shop and swap what's been working for them. A 2-4 unit is the target.

Ideally I'd like to be east and/or north within a 30-45 minute drive--Gresham and pushing up towards Cascade Locks, or over on the Camas side up through the Vancouver area.

Today's the 5th of February and I'll be flying back and forth over the next few months from Boston. Message me, if you've got time for coffee the 6th or 7th I'd love to get some quick face time.
