Aspiring first-timer seeking a conversation

Hello PDX,

I am currently looking to invest cash in Portland's ever-growing residential real estate market.  I have had opportunities to go in with other builders and investors on much larger projects, but the turn-around time was not ideal for me.  I am looking to connect and talk further with a fellow investor/builder/developer/etc who is currently focusing on smaller rehab projects.  My main area of expertise is in North Portland, but am not opposed to elsewhere in the metro area.  My other opportunities would have resulted in a 9mo - 1yr turnaround time; but I'm looking for something quicker and smaller.  Thanks for your time and help!
