Looking for multi-family Appraiser in Tulsa OK

Hi Everyone! My refi company has tried for a month and is unable to get a triplex appraised in Tulsa, OK. Lack of comparable properties has been given as the reason. Needless to say my refinancing can’t happen without it. 
Any multi-family appraisers here who can help?

Google Brown Appraisal Service  in Tulsa.   Ask for Chris.   If he cannot do it they have about 6 appraisers there.   Someone should be able to help.
