Hello Tulsa Investors!

I would love to know what your favorite rental markets are in the Tulsa area. So if you are willing to share, what is your favorite area to buy in and why do you like it? I'm already licensed and have MLS access for Tulsa, but now I'm considering the market for my own investments. The properties that I own right now are B+, A- SFHs that rent for $1150-$1400/month.

What areas do you like for these kinds of properties?

Cassie,

Those rents are typically going to the in suburbs or in areas that are not Tulsa Public Schools.   TPS in general is mostly $1000 or less.   Bixby, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Owasso will get those rents with B+ to A properties.   The problem is that is a really hot market for first time home buyers right now and deals are hard to come by in that price range in the better school districts.   Let me know if I can help.  You have my number!
