Duplexes in Tulsa / Broken Arrow

Hi all,

What is a good way to find all areas of town that have duplexes?  I'm looking in Tulsa and Broken Arrow and am starting a list of every location I come across with a duplex.  I want to get a bigger list and then go drive them all to get a feel for the areas and see which ones I'd be willing to buy in.

Any tips?  I don't mind putting in the work I'm just looking for ideas.  I plan on househacking a duplex by summer time and want to make sure I'm comfortable with the location.

Thanks!

Your city zoning should show all areas that are approved for a duplex. Sometimes the maps will even be online to look at. Once you find the areas then you have the potential to buy a SFH and convert it to a duplex also. Have fun.
