Oklahoma City Portfolio Loan
Looking to see if anyone has any recommendations on a local or national originator that does SFR portfolio or individual mortgages. We are looking to refi about 1.5M out of private debt and would like to find some lending options that have 30 year options. We have several community banks offering 20 year am with 4-4.5% interest but looking for some more aggressive terms. I saw Aloha and LendingOne as advertisers on here and we've talked to some other national lenders that said they can't do 30's in OK.
Any suggestions are welcome but looking for direct lenders, as we've already been approached by some loan brokers.
