Loan Note for Home In Akron

I currently own a non-performing loan note on a duplex in Akron, Ohio (West Hill area).  This note does does not fit the strategic plan of my current portfolio.  I want to sale it to someone who understands the area and can complete a quick transaction.  If anyone knows of people or brokers who work with notes in the area, please let me know.
