Toledo Is a Landlord Friendly City
Hey Toledo! Knowing that we do not have an eviction moratorium, have your tenants applied for rental assistance program? I personally like this move as it seems to be more landlord friendly. I think our city does a relatively good job, in comparison to other cities across the country, in creating a fair environment for both tenants and landlords. I wanted to hear everyone's thoughts on the rental assistance program in the area. I'm assuming this has kept cash flow going for many landlords that provide low income housing.
