Rentometer estimates in the Toledo MSA

At $40/yr I think I'm going to try it out. Anyone able to comment on whether it feels a bit high, low, or plain inaccurate for the area?

Rentometer gives you a ballpark. What you have to watch out for is where the numbers are being pulled from. You have to watch if it's pulling from higher valued areas that what you're looking at. Examples are looking in West Toledo, the numbers are going to be higher in Washington Local as opposed to Start schools. As long as you take that into consideration, as well as the condition of the house/unit, it will give you an idea of what rents are going for. If you pay for the full version, it does give you good data.
