Westwood and other Cincinnati areas for RE investing
Hi guys,
I'm a new real estate investor looking to buy a SFR or multi-family property in Cincinnati. We are looking for B/C neighborhoods with low crime rates and working families. I've never been to Ohio so I'm not very familiar with the neighborhoods. I've found a few properties online in Westwood that seem to have a good cashflow and cap rate. However, quite a few PM companies don't work there and I'm not sure if this should be a red flag.
Anyone familiar with Westwood neighborhood?
Any other up and coming neighborhoods good for RE investment in the Cincinnati area? I'm mostly looking for cashflow and appreciation.
Thank you in advance!!

As I mentioned on the other post, Westwood has improved drastically since I started investing in 2015. Other areas I really like right now are Reading, Deer Park, Silverton, Norwood, Mt. Washington, Madisonville. Or most of Clermont County (the county east of Cincinnati) Those are east side areas, but that is closer proximity for me also. Since you are OOS you have more options open to you!
