I see that prices in Cincinnati have gone up so much. Is it still good for investments or has bubbled up? Has the incomes also risen matching the property prices and the annual tas. Also, what locations have come up good and is great for rental investments?

Would like to also connect with a great Investment friendly realtor and property managers.
