Investing in Cincinnati

Hi,

We are a team of investors located in California, we are looking to invest out-of-state in Cincinnati. I wanted to get this community's feedback on potential neighborhoods to focus on.

Our strategy is buy-and-hold (trying to BRRR), our target is young families to minimize turnovers, we are planning to target 1000SQF+ SFH, no issue w/ distress properties, 3-4 Bdrm maybe 2Bdm w/ potential to convert to 3, in the following neighborhoods:

1.  Norwood

2. College Hill &  North College Hill

3. Golf Manor, Pleasent Hill & Madisonville

I wanted to hear community feedback from these neighborhoods related to our strategy. Will that list work? will you change anything?
