Fellow investors I am hoping you can help! I lead a co-op with several other investors and we are looking for SFR investment property in the Cincinnati area (Butler, Warren, North Hamilton Counties).

I have been trying to identify good property management in the Cincinnati area that can service these counties and provide more guidance on good buying locations. For some reason it is very difficult to even get someone on the phone for a discussion let alone a face to face meeting. Not sure why this is so challenging in this market as compared to others?  For example there are very few NARPM affiliated managers there --> I usually contact them first.

Any suggestions for a good firm?
