Looking for Contractor for BRRRs

Hi,

We are looking to increase the volume of BRRRs we complete this year, but we are having a hard time finding reliable and reasonable contractors. Does anyone have any referral recommendations for contractors in Cincinnati? 

Also, we self manage properties that we currently own, we are looking for a reliable handyman/maintenance tech.
