Hello everyone!

I am looking to expand into the Cincinnati rental market this year. I think there are some great opportunities, I also have some family that lives there which will be a help. I'm looking to find a real estate agent that has experience with out-of-state investors to start the property search. Would any of you have someone that you can recommend?
