Advice for getting into BRRRRing

Hello all. My wife and I have been house hacking for the past few years and have accumulated a few properties, but I know I will need to get into BRRRR method in order to scale. I am looking for any advice on how you got started, your experience with it, and any recommendations on how to get your feet wet. My capital has been stretched with our latest property purchase, so any advice on how you may have found private lending or something else creative would be extremely helpful. Any responses will be very much appreciated!
