I am a first time investor looking to be connected with an experienced an knowledgable real estate agent in the Cleveland area.  Additionally, I am hoping to get some input from individuals who have properties in the area- I have been particularly interested in the Ohio City and Detroit Shoreway neighborhoods but want to know more about the average rent per unit and get a general consensus on if they are still good areas to invest in post-pandemic.
