Lead Abatement contractor in Canton Ohio

Recently purchased an investment property for $15k in Canton Ohio. After acquiring the property I learned that there was a lead paint abatement on the home form both the city and state. My first though was to disclose the issue and unload the property for what I have in it, but I have had no luck. 

Does anyone know of a lead abatement contractor locally that could take care of this issue without breaking the bank?

Or someone who wants to take on this property and problem?
