New to Cleveland Real Estate! Management Help Appreciated!

Hi All,

I'm new to the Cleveland real estate market, I've done some research and it seems Cleveland has great numbers. My concern here is vacancy rate, tenant tenure, and finding a good property management. I've found a handful of decent properties that are affordable, however, I'm unsure about the tenants that are in place. Like many people, I struggle with finding an amazing property management that will properly screen tenants to ensure they are qualified, will not ruin the property, and will pay on time.

Any referrals to local property managements will be appreciated! By the way, I am an out of state investor. Thanks, I look forward to some responses!
