Central Air - Shaker Heights
Currently reviewing three quotes for central air. This is for an up/down duplex in Shaker with a third floor, 1BR/1BA dwelling.
Prices have ranged from $6.6k to $9k. Currently house hacking, so am a little more incentivized to have it while here. Lowest quote was actually the most helpful, so feel comfortable going with
Thinking that I should be able to recoup the cost in <4 years. Does anyone have experience or recommend contractors? The house has a forced-air system, so the ductwork is installed.
