I’m looking for recommendations or direct contact from contractors in Cleveland, who could take on a project in Lakewood fairly soon, the next month or so. It would be more of a rehab, not so much a remodel. I’d just like to get the property ready to sell fast. The porch and furnace looked to be the main issue.
