Hi everyone, I found a great deal but I don’t have the financing. Typical chicken and egg problem 🐓.

Scrambling to find hard money lenders, private lenders or local banks/credit unions that would be willing to chat.

Has anyone had a good experience with any lenders that they’d be open to sharing?
