Looking for a good source for carpeting in CLE

I normally don't do carpeting in my rentals, but the new one I have doesn't lend itself to any other flooring. Who do you use for carpeting, purchase and install? It will be about 800 sq feet or so.

 Carpet Warehouse in Parma. Across the street from Home Depot. Cheapest guy around. Has been doing carpet for us for years.
