Seeking an example lease agreement for Cuyahoga County

Hi Team,  I am still fairly new to the area and BP.  I have my first rental units coming under my name soon and was hoping someone would be willing to share a Rental Lease agreement with me that they use in Cuyahoga County.   I have one i used in Columbus but would love to see what is being used here.  Anyone willing to share?   Thanks for your considerations.
