I would reach out to @Kyle Tom for property management.

His journey in real estate began a few years back, as an electrical hardware engineer at Google in the Bay Area. While working, he started investing in out-of-state properties in Ohio. When COVID-19 hit, he discovered that working from home wasn't for him and left engineering, move to Columbus, Ohio, and become a full-time real estate investor. He began managing his own properties and really enjoyed doing so. He realized he had found his passion.

Having invested out of state, he understands firsthand the difficulties and uncertainties investors experience. As a property manager, he seeks to bridge the gap between real estate investing and out-of-state owners and empower individuals to be financially free.

He manages my rentals.
