New Construction in Columbus, Ohio

BP crew! I own several properties in the North Campus area and one of them is basically a teardown. I own the lot behind this unit and want to make better use of the land. I'm now looking for a new construction company that specializes in small multi-family. Does anyone out there have any solid recos?

@Brandon Sturgill Thanks for the reply, yes all good questions here. The property is on North Neil (3 blocks from campus). And yes, it has already been flagged by the city. The building was inherited, and now I'm exploring all options to make a profit where I can (without selling). I've been in touch with some architects/engineers but really am starting the whole process now. Would love some recommendations if you have them? The building still stands, however, the rehab quotes are much more expensive than what the property is worth. Would love to know your thoughts further, thanks!
