Investor new to the Columbus area!

Hello all, I am new to the Columbus market and I am looking to build my network out here. I am an investor and have done work in multiple states, I currently have 43 active rehabs in Philadelphia and I am looking to do the same in Columbus very quickly, I would love to hear about how everyone is finding success in sourcing inventory out here!
