New investor looking at Columbus, OH

Hi everyone, wanted to introduce myself - my wife and I are looking to invest in Columbus, OH, through some local connections. Looking to talk to people who have already invested in the area in a ready-to-rent, cash-flowing, buy-and-hold SFHs (in the $100,000 range) or those thinking of investing in similar properties. So far I've found the market to be relatively hot, and the general returns being below 10% Cash on Cash, in general. I'll share more of the story as we get ready to submit some offers.

@Titus Capilnean Columbus is super hot because of our job and population growth. It is definitely not the place for short-term investors. If your investment strategy is medium to long term, it is a great market to get into.
