New investor in Columbus OH - recommendations

Hi all there on BP,

After several months of research I have decided to invest in Columbus,OH.

I have done a lot of Google-maps-viewing, made the big map of Columbus on a piece of a Bristol paper with ZIP codes coloring . Thanks to BP I have preliminary neighborhoods ABC mapping and I put the stickers on my map.  But nothing will replace the local insights. I live in Israel and I am coming for a short visit somewhere this summer to see the real thing.

My mission now is to create a team on place. I am planning to purchase in the end of 2017 and do all the preparations till then. The budget is up to 100K , I prefer a small multifamily (duplex or triplex) to the SFH in as much decent area as possible, between C and B. The long term plan is to proceed purchasing each year.

Thanks for your feedback in advance.

Ala
