I've been trying to get some great discussions about columbus going. One of the biggest new national trends and one that Columbus is on the forefront of is homes build to rent not sell. There are 4 communities in due diligence period right now. Three by American homes for rent development arm. Here is an article that talks a lot about it and I'd like to hear everyones thoughts. These have been opposed by a lot of residents but ultimately I believe all of them will be pushed through.
