Central Hilltop 43204- 2022 Questions

Hello Experts!

I have an investment property located in central hilltop. It's currently vacant. The the turnover cost is so high, while the rent is relatively low. Has this area been improving or undergo gentrification? Im hoping to get some honest feedback from investors that have rental units in this area. Im conflicted between 2 options.

A- try to rent outnthr units asap and hope this area would get better / lower crime in the next couple years.

B- take the loss and get out now.

thanks
