New Investor in Fargo, ND

Hello Everyone,

I am a recent transplant to Fargo, ND, and would love to begin fixing and flipping a few houses around the area. I have some experience in renovating and would like to find a partner in the area. Currently, I am ready to partner with someone with the hopes that they will take on the mortgage and I could commit to completing the renovation and paying for the renovation. My future goals are to save up enough money to start investing in multifamily and partnering with local investors to bring these goals to fruition.
