A Good Time to Invest in the Triad Area?

Hello BP Family. As an out of state investor looking to make his first SFH investment purchase in the Triad region, I'm curious to hear what investors are currently experiencing in the region given the current macro environment (e.g., low rates, low inventory, large stimulus, etc.). Has it been challenging to find deals? Are you finding yourself in bidding wars? Have you had success with finding off market deals? Thanks for any and all feedback.

@Eron A. They will not. Real Estate will not be cheaper a year from now. It might not continue to appreciate at 14%, but it will continue to appreciate. So do your homework and buy smart, but don’t think the prices will go down by waiting.
