Multifamily Investing in Greensboro

Hey everyone, I’m going to be a freshman at UNCG next year and I want to get into buy and hold real estate that I can live in for however long i’m at UNCG.

I'm thinking about trying to get into a 4-plex while renting the other 3 units, all while using a FHA loan.

I would appreciate some advice, as well as some insight into the Greensboro market, like rent, occupancy, etc.

Thank you!

Noa

@Noa Lawton

1) get pre approval from a lender

2) shop for 4-plex

3) find renters and rake-in the cash

Good luck!
