Any flippers/rehabbers in the area?

Are there any flippers/rehabbers in Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point, Jamestown, etc? I'm looking for somebody that wouldn't mind me looking over their shoulder and just watching and learning.

I want to see the reality of what it takes to rehab a house in various levels of disrepair and learn the differences between rehabbing for a flip and rehabbing for a rental.

Or, if you're just open to answer questions that would be great too

Hi Adrienne! Have you joined the Triad REIA yet? I'm sure you can find several people that wouldn't mind letting you shadow them and they also have great speakers to teach some of those things you are interested in :)

I'm a realtor in the Winston Salem and surrounding areas and also somewhat of an investor myself with 1 rental property.
