North Carolina Triplex Creative Funding?
Has anyone had success in purchasing a 2-4 family investment property, putting only 20% down in North Carolina? Not house hacking.
If so, how did you do it? I'm being told that I'll need to put 25% down. Has anyone found creative ways around this? Portfolio lenders? Commercial?
