Investors in Downtown Raleigh, NC?

Hi everyone,

Just moved to Downtown Raleigh from the West Coast a couple weeks ago. My business partner is in town until the 20th of this month. Any new or experienced investors in the area willing to meet up? 

We are not looking for mentorship or anything like that; just want to talk real estate with others that are as excited about it as we are. 

My apartment complex has some common areas where we can meet in small groups, or we can go to a local brewery if you want a more laid-back environment. Also open to disc golf if you want an ever more laid back meet-up! Looking forward to hearing from you guys!
