Does anyone have recommendations for a portfolio lender (small investor-friendly bank) that does rental property refinancing in Fayetteville?

    Hey @J Scott. A lot of us use Lumbee Guaranty Bank (Hope Mills branch) and MC Mortgage (broker). I'm currently doing a refi with Ron at MC Mortgage and the process has gone pretty smooth thus far. Lumbee might be more of what you're looking for though.
