General Contractor in Charlotte?

Does anyone know a great General Contractor in the Charlotte, NC area that works predominantly with investors on flips and rehabs? Looking for someone that responds quickly, is easy to work with and is priced reasonable. Any suggestions?

I was curious to see if anyone would give up the name of a cherished contractor. I've been told by other investors this is info is ideally kept closer to the chest to prevent long wait times and increased price does to demand.

That answer is like finding the holy grail. I'm looking for the same here in Charlotte. A lot of advice I have gotten is to find it through word of mouth and call the references. I've talked to locals by asking them on Angie's, next door and good ol fashioned Google. At the moment I have my eye on is Langiappe Builders LLC, Philip Thomas, JPA renovations, bonfiglio builders llc, Distinctive build ect. I'll be contacting them in the coming months but they're quite good and experienced and unfortunately that usually means the price goes up. I wish you the best on your search!
