Gotta Buy ...3 weeks... 1031
I recently sold an apartment and made a good bit of cash. I placed it in a 1031 and now I am having a terrible time finding good deals. I have about 3 weeks left to identify properties. Geting to 1 or 2 percent seems almost completely unrealistic. In CLT it looks like I need 150k per property minimum to get anything worth having. Whats a guy to do...

I have a couple subject 2s.
One is only 450 per month in waxhaw. Great cash flow. 40k
I 3-2 in 28227 for 110k
I am trying to get rid of my rentals :)

I was able to find 1 unit in Gaston county but, was still working to find a few more. Good deals ... any deals. Are hard to find. Working with 150k ish now.
