Surveying for Fence set up

Need some guidance, I need to set up a fence at rental property (SFH), and HOA needs Survey to be done before I can set up Fence. I called few companies, for a lot of .15 acre they are charging $500. I need guidance on how I can keep cost low on setting up fence.

Any referrals for Survey and Fence set up in Charlotte area?
