Newbie in Charlotte & Gaston County

Hey everyone,

Long time lurker and learner who moved back to Charlotte recently and started my first direct mail campaign in Gaston County.

I would love to connect with others in the industry in Charlotte who are doing flips, BRRRR's, and wholesaling in the area.


Personally, I'm focusing on value add flips and BRRRR's (where the numbers work) in East Gaston County and am working towards getting my first deal under my belt. Sending 1100+ mailers for 6 months, driving for dollars, and connecting with wholesalers in the area.

I've been in Charlotte a little over a year, focusing on BRRRR's in the Mcklenburg County. The bigger pockets BRRRR calculator, great tool. I've analyzed 60 plus properties in the past 3 months with it. Also check out bp podcast#283, if you already haven't. Its really good info for doing BRRRR's.

Who are you using for your mailers?

Likewise Isaac. Thanks for sharing that, I'll relisten to it this weekend. 

I'm currently using Resimpli which has been great so far. Are you looking for Flips or BRRRR's?
