Searching for realtor in Charlotte area with investor experience.

Hi Everyone!

I am up in Boone.  It is way too expensive up here for me to do much at this point.  

I have a great realtor in the Winston-Salem area, but would love to find one further south of my in the Charlotte area. Someone that does have decent experience with investors. Preferably experience working with investors doing flips, buy and holds, BRRRR, if that is realistic. I am still pretty new. Someone that is pretty aggressive and "go go go", just because that is how my personality tends to be so we would work better together.

I’m here in Charlotte, and also pretty new to investing. I’ve been through 3 realtors already and would love a recommendation. FYI it’s a tough market here too at the moment! Very saturated and cash investors are paying 20-25% above market value for homes that need work. Anyway I would be happy to potentially partner or just be a Charlotte connection!
