Looking for a Handyman/GC for Rehabs and Punchlists

I'm currently looking for a GC that can help my clients when evaluating houses as potential flips or buy/holds.  Also need someone to help with punch list items for property management business.  

Our primary focus is North Northeast of Charlotte. 

I realize this isnt ideal situation for most GC's but thought I would ask.
