Hi everyone! I recently became a licensed Realtor in NC and am working with an amazing team! I am hoping to purchase my first investment property and would love to connect with others in the area. I am still not sure which area I would like to look in either around Charlotte or up towards Lake Norman (where I currently live). My goal is to focus on buy and hold single family rentals at first.

Would love to connect with anyone out there and hopefully we can help each other!
